WebViper is operated by Alexander Wells. This notice explains what personal information I collect through this website, why I use it and how it is handled.

Information you send me

If you use the project enquiry form or email me directly, I may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, project details, links and anything else you choose to include in your message.

The website contact form also records the submitting IP address as part of basic abuse and rate-limit protection.

Why I use it

I use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss potential work, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and keep normal business records where needed.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. Information is only shared where it is reasonably necessary to operate the business or deliver work, for example with service providers used for hosting, email or other business systems.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and client information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the conversation, the work involved and normal business or record-keeping purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice and any consent controls will be updated as appropriate.

Your rights

If you want to ask what personal information I hold about you, correct something, or ask me to remove information where applicable, email hello@webviper.co.uk. You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your information has not been handled properly.
